  • TDS meters detect salts or impurities with positive charges in water. Disinfection chemicals, such as chlorine and chloramine, do not impact the conductivity of the water, so TDS meters cannot measure the water quality.

  • Check if the filtered rubber washer inside the connector is placed and flattened properly, avoid overtightening the connector or the gasket may get squeezed. Use some Teflon tape (3-5 circles) as an auxiliary measure to prevent leakage.

  • Please note that all products are subjected to water testing before leaving the factory. It is normal for a few products to have water inside if they were not completely dried during the manufacturing process.

  • The swivel ball joint needs to be installed onto the shower arm first before the angle can be easily adjusted due to leverage. Adjusting the head out of the box by hand does not reflect its swivel capability after installation.

  • To replace the filter cartridge, unscrew the showerhead. You can find replacement cartridges on Amazon by searching for the keywords: MakeFit shower filter replacement.
